By default when I create a topology segment in command line it is created bidirectional. When I create a segment in WebUI it is created one-directional (see screenshot)

AFAIK the onedirectional replication is not supported by IPA, so even webUI should not have a way how to set onedirectional replicatio.

Can you please provide output, can you provide output of commands 'ipa topologysegment-show' ?

Respectively I dont understand what do you mean by bidirectional, according the screenshot, did you mean 'domain' and 'ca' replication agreements? That webUI creates only 'domain'?
