Description of problem:
If user creates a Sub CA with long name then, this action breaks IPA web UI
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ipa-server-4.4.0-1.el7.x86_64
How reproducible:
100%
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add Sub CA using ipa ca-add with very long name (Preferably more than 256
characters)
2. Login into Web UI and
3. Go to Authentication > Certificates > Certificate Authorities
Actual results:
Table showing Certificate Authorities spans beyond IPA web UI. See screen shots
Expected results:
All entries in table which are more than fixed number should be truncated.

could be fixed along with some table enhancements
