Description of problem: Finding certificates takes a lot of time especially when there is a lot of certificates.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.4.0

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Add a lot of certificates
2) Call cert-find or Refresh any page where certificates are present

Actual result: I had freeIPA with 71 certificates and cert-find call in WebUI took about 5 - 6 seconds. In CLI about 10 seconds.
