#6262 Fix integration sudo tests setup and checks

In integration sudo tests a sudorule 'defaults' is missing that would prevent request for authentication, which caused tests to produce incorrect, yet passing results for checking that a user is not allowed to used sudo.

To prevent the same from occuring again, also add checks for error message contents instead of only checking return code.

Influences versions 4.4.1 and 4.3.2.

4.3 is affected as well, moving to 4.3
