#6326 Update host test with ipa-join

The test test_xmlrpc/test_host_plugin::TestHostFalsePwdChange::test_join_host is skipped in both intree and outoftree testsuites. To enable the test change of path to ipa-join command is required. Due to other changes in IPA behaviour some further fixes related to host attributes are required.
