Issue #7363: ipa_tests: test gssproxy for duplicate sections - freeipa

Issue related to https://pagure.io/gssproxy/issue/194

This affected "ipa-server-install" as gssproxy was not able to start.

The PR was closed. Should this ticket be closed as well or is another approach going to be taken?

Closing as suggested in the PR - the test should not be in IPA but rather in GSSProxy.
