#7699 [Translation] [remove dialog] not entire sentences

It is a sub-issue of https://pagure.io/freeipa/issue/7698.

Remove dialog title contains translated concatenated texts.
This leads to a bad quality translation.

Such dialogs use a replacing with:

"remove_title": _("Remove ${entity}")

in function create_remove_dialog.
