Request for enhancement

As a administrator, I want FreeIPA to be compatible on various distributions without any significant change to code base and be able to work with different time synchronization daemons so time is synchronized and services are working correctly even on not fedora only setups.

Actual behavior

FreeIPA supports only chrony client configuration.

Expected behavior

FreeIPA supports multiple time daemon implementations like chrony, ntpd and also OpenNTPD.
