Issue

Single-label domain checks were introduced in ipa-4-6 as part of:
* https://pagure.io/freeipa/issue/7207
* https://pagure.io/freeipa/issue/7598

ipa-client-install in ipa-4-6 should not be prevented to run and enroll clients successfully when the client hostname is part of a SLD in the following two scenarios:
* autodiscovery is used
* domain and realm are provided on the CLI
