Issue

There is no specific version requires on the freeipa-selinux subpackage so it can be mixed and matched with other versions.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. build and install IPA
  2. rebuild
  3. rpm -Uvh all packages but freeipa-selinux-*

Actual behavior

freeipa-server-4.9.0.dev202009222103+gitbfdde0a4a-0.fc31.x86_64
freeipa-selinux-4.9.0.dev202009212137+git2ee91fcdd-0.fc31.noarch

Expected behavior

freeipa-selinux matching the n-v-r of the server should be required.
