Currently, PR-CI nightly runs are being run on boxes with

nss-3.63.0-1.fc34.x86_64
389-ds-base-2.0.7-1.fc34.x86_64 (built 2 weeks ago)

which most probably breaks the majority of runs - see PR1060 for instance.
