The nightly tests running on rawhide detected a regression with sssd 2.6.2, see for instance PR #1427:
test_idviews
test_ipahealthcheck_adtrust
test_smb
test_sssd
test_trust
In all these tests, the ad domain is marked as inactive. Issue already reported on SSSD side: https://github.com/SSSD/sssd/issues/5947
The associated SSSD ticket is closed. I guess now we wait for a release.
@rcritten sssd has already released sssd-2.6.3-1.fc36 but we are facing issues on rawhide that prevent installation and testing (see #9102 [Tracker] Nightly test failure (rawhide) when restarting named).
The named issue has been solved, but we are still facing this SSSD issue on rawhide because rawhide (currently fc37) is shipping sssd 2.6.2-3.fc36.
Opened https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2066688 against Fedora/Rawhide sssd component: rawhide ships older sssd version than fc36
sssd has been updated in rawhide to 2.6.3-1, and this issue is not seen any more.
See PR #1602 with for instance test_idviews (report).
