Issue

The current SELinux %file references is behind upstream Fedora policy, https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/SELinux/IndependentPolicy

The %verify(not ...) section was added to the SELinux independent policy page in April, 2021.

The IPA usage needs to be updated.
