On slower machines/networks, test_ssh_key_connection from ipatests/test_integration/test_commands.py sometimes fails on attempting ssh connection, as the SSSD is still offline after ipa-server-upgrade called in previous test - test_change_selinuxusermaporder

This is a ticket for an associated fix.
