#9388 NIS group maps should only expose POSIX groups

non-POSIX groups make no sense for NIS group maps.

Additionally, exposing non-POSIX groups triggers rebuild of NIS maps every time a non-POSIX group gets changed. When there are many members being added to the group, this contributes to overall slowdown of ipa user-add or similar operation.
