Issue

The test test_ipa_healthcheck_renew_internal_cert validates that after a renewal the PKI healthcheck pki.server.healthcheck.meta.csconfig::CADogtagCertsConfigCheck passes.

This check was removed in PKI 11.5.0 causing the test to fail.

A skip will be needed based on PKI version installed.

Seen in downstream testing.
