#9639 Enhance the user experience when a service (like pki-tomcatd@pki-tomcat) is failling
Closed: duplicate by rcritten. Opened by et7f3.

Request for enhancement

As a basic user , I want to see my email everytime that the ldap service is up.

Issue

We had pki-tomcatd@pki-tomcat.service that failed for a unknow reason yet to dig.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. wait for a failure of pki-tomcatd@pki-tomcat (or simulate one by stopping the service)

Actual behavior

We can't see organizational unit and mail attribute.

Expected behavior

Since the name of this service is related to certificate and slapd is up. I expect to be able to see my ldap object. I accept failure only for certificate (and attribute received)
