This is a follow up request to https://pagure.io/freeipa/issue/9795

Issue

We should warn when trying to create user with a group that does not yet exist or a group that has no ipantsecurityidentifier generated..

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create group without ipantsecurityidentifier
  2. Add user to the group

Actual behavior

No complaints about user being assigned possibly misconfigured group

Expected behavior

Warn the user about missing SID in group
