#26 The REST docs do not define decision_context

The REST docs do not define decision_context. What does that mean? What would Bodhi put there when querying for a decision about Fedora updates? Please define this clearly in the documentation.

The decsion_context is used to define what decision is being made and why. It is be named through coordination between policy author and calling application. For example, Bodhi could use bodhi_update_push_stable to query Greenwave for a decision about pushing an update to stable. More detail can be found in the foucs doc[1]

@mjia We need to get this documented in Greenwave's documentation. Google docs is not accessible to the Fedora community as it requires a Google account.
