The greenwave container image is currently based off quay.io/fedora/python-312:20240814@sha256:e919ecb1ce0956c2a61d492191e45dd214ac4a544aaf0a001f74d274f720755f, which seems to be some kind of snapshot of Fedora 39. F39 will go EOL shortly; we should bump to F40 or F41.
