In addition to your ideas, here are two more features that people might want in the near future:

• support publishing messages to UMB(ET integration, etc.)
• user-defined policies(I guess we could just move it from the focus doc to here, :-))

As I understand, user-defined policies are more about to use a database representation for the policies, plus corresponding API and user interface, to replace the YAML configuration file. per-package policies may cover a bit, but I think they are still two different things.

Gotcha. Will add them to the doc and rebase this.

Rebased series ending in 0d8dd45 fixes the #95 link, and adds the two extra items (STOMP and user-defined policies).
