Greenwave stopped publishing messages in Fedora about 8 hours ago. I'm trying to figure out why.

Turns out the reason for the stoppage was that taskotron stopped posting new rpmdeplint results, which is one of the only results that greenwave cares about.

@kparal is investigating that elsewhere.

Meanwhile, shall we keep this debugging info?
