I think it's fine. We can just put at the end something like: this feature is now available only for "nvr" that are "original_spec_nvr".

I've updated the first entry but it's too long (this is not documentation).

I think the first bullet point is okay as is. Or we could make it shorter and just put a :ref: to the place in the documentation where we describe how the RemoteOriginalSpecNvrRule rule works. But maybe we don't have such a place? :-)

For this one:

* Indicate missing results in summary text (#145).

consider instead:

* In case Greenwave found no matching results for a decision, the summary text has
  been re-worded to be clearer and to indicate how many results were expected (#145).

But consider this a :+1: if you prefer to keep it as is.
