#209 Using configurable waiverdb in openshift

This resolves one of the TODOs in the Jenkinsfile now that the upstream patch has been merged. This has been verified on my test project in Jenkins.

Ooo - it failed on my end.

Trying again to see if it is transient.

Yeah - it failed twice. Can you take a look?

I just noticed we had a bunch of day-old database pods hanging around int he greenwave-test project. Perhaps something that got initialized but never cleaned up?

Apparently this fails only due to transient issues in our openshift cluster.

Will try again next week.

Tried a jenkins run again today, and it failed again. Same or similar transient error, I think. :/
