• route/waiverdb-test-jenkins-greenwave-pull-requests-40-web was not accepted by router "router": host name validation errors: spec.host: Invalid value: "waiverdb-test-jenkins-greenwave-pull-requests-40-web-greenwave-test.cloud.upshift.engineering.redhat.com": must be no more than 63 characters (InvalidHost)

This pr is simple in that it removes the (imo) redundant 'jenkins-' from the hostname giving us more characters to work with. We could shorten this further by editing the openshift templates in resultsdb/greenwave/waiverdb but I'm not sure who uses those outside of the jenkins context. Submitting this PR for review and discussion.
