can you add more info here? Especially about the fact that this is supported for remote rules now.

Remove "Backward compatibility keeped" it seems redundant.

Missing comma: "field, other rules"

It would be clearer to mention that missing SCM info is not a failure (unless RemoteRule {required: true} is used).
