I can check it from the grammatical pov and someone who has not done this before will be looking for the following things:

  • Who can do this?
  • What is the level of access you require to solve this?
  • Any special/careful things to look out for?
  • Which machine do I have to go to, to do that X thing

Grammatically looks okay, explanation-wise!
