API/backend:

• Our API should be able to list the weakness reported by some analyzer. When the user request
  /api/analysis///, we must return a JSON with the following format:
  { [ point: {column: 0, line: 42}, message: "Unused variable", notes: "Thescope of the variable" }], [.....] }
  This will be necessary for the visualization of weakness by file, on the UI.

If the file not exists returns a HTTP error 404.
