This would be very useful when you have your own koji instance and you just want to use fedora/epel/centos/whatsoever repos. Since I could not find anything better than using external repos for this purposes it would be great if koji would automatically refresh them.

By the way, OBS does that automatically and if it detects changes, it does sync and rebuilds packages automatically if any dependencies changed.
