#1500 Display merge mode for external repos in web and taginfo

We've merge modes now, but they are hidden. Let's show them.

Currently, the list-external-repos command will show the mode when the --used option is given. So at least there is that.

Also, the list-history command will show the mode for appropriate entries, though only with -v.

Other places they should appear:

  • in the external repo list that the taginfo command gives
  • in the taginfo web page
  • in the externalrepoinfo web page (currently showing a plain list of tags that use the repo)
