#1620 [RFE] edit-external-repo should be able to change mode

We currently have --mode option only in add-external-repo, while edit-external-repo doesn't support it.

Dropping this one - I've not realized, that edit-external-repo does not handle tag <-> ext_repo link, so it is not possible to edit mode here. It would require new semantics. Using remove-external-repo + add-external-repo -t -m should be ok for now.
