This web page fails to list all files in the package:

Presumably, this is due to this large file:

-rw-------    1 root    root               4308811776 Nov 13 15:38 /usr/lib64/python3.8/site-packages/graph_tool/inference/libgraph_tool_inference.so.gdb-index-rbpeap

I've failed to find those unlisted files. There is 86 files listed, and rpm says the same (also checked, that rpm2archive generated same number of files.)
