For systems that host more than just kojiweb, and reading through https://modwsgi.readthedocs.io/en/master/configuration-directives/WSGIProcessGroup.html, it may be more appropriate to set WSGIProcessGroup koji inside <Directory "/usr/share/koji-web/scripts/"> so it's limited to kojiweb's scripts.
