According to the koji-gc code, it is possible to configure authentication methods there and pretty much all options that can be passed via CLI but https://docs.pagure.org/koji/utils/#garbage-collector lists only GC-specific ones.

It would be probably make sense to at least write sentence that whatever can be configured via CLI can be configured in the [main] or even list all those options.
