Since kiwi 9.24.14, the $releasever value can be set with a release-version field in preferences.

Since Koji does set this value when building images, it'd be good to have this propagated the same way we propagate image versions into the Koji-generated kiwi XML description.

We have kiwi 9.24.15 in the repos for Fedora 34+ and EPEL 8 as of now, so it should be implementable and testable now.
