When waiving CI, it's hard to find the waiver aftrwards. It took me a while and clicking all around till
I found it behind the asterisk. I think the waiver should be displayed in a better way.

It has nothing to do with koji. Probably file under bodhi? https://github.com/fedora-infra/bodhi/issues
