#4406 Not able to view info for any rpm in Koji

When trying to click on (info) field next to an rpm, I get a Forbidden (You don't have permission to access this resource.) error. Please fix ASAP.

Example (but so far any build will do):
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2722907 -> click on (info) next to frr-10.3-1.fc41.x86_64.rpm under x86_64.

please, file it under https://pagure.io/releng/issues - this is koji development repo and we don't have access to fedora's instance.
