I downloaded and installed kernel-7.0rc from koji.fedoraproject.org; however, builds from 20 March 2026 onwards cause my Fedora 45 KDE Plasma system to freeze shortly after booting to the desktop. Neither the keyboard nor the mouse responds, and I am forced to perform a hard reset.

This is the upstream Koji project. Issues with particular builds from Fedora's instance do not belong here. You should file this with Fedora.
