I found myself wanting more filters while looking into a scheduler complaint. The api already supports them, so it was just a matter of updating the cli. Also updated host and task to handle multiples.

Also tweaked the output format to put timestamp first.

Fixes #4566

filtering on channel+arch is a particularly useful combination, especially with the additional log entries in 1.36
