One more change to be epel-compatible. Now we can build python3 packages there. On the other hand they are not installable as epel (and base centos/rhel) are missing python3 variants of requests-kerberos, pyOpenSSL, libcomps and rpm, so I've disabled building them on centos/rhel at all.
