Malayalam rendering of ഴ്വ & വാഴ്വ് is not correct in the Lohit-Malayalam font

This is one of the test case listed here:
https://raw.github.com/smc/fonts/master/tests/tests.txt

I used the TTF file available here:
https://fedorahosted.org/releases/l/o/lohit/lohit-malayalam-ttf-2.92.0.tar.gz

I used harfbuzz 0.9.26
