As per discussion on call, https://pagure.io/mentor-summit/docs will be our place to store docs. It will contain SOPs, meeting minutes, planning notes and other general information. Before we start writing docs, we need Antora template in there to work well with Fedora Doc system (https://pagure.io/fedora-docs/template)

Hi @sumantrom , Since this is blocking some docs update, if you don't mind, can this be done by Tuesday evening? if you are busy, I don't mind doing it and add you as the reviewer? what do you think?
