Right now we don't have t-shirts. We have been holding off on printing them until we have a compelling reason. We also held off because of the logo change we thought would happen sooner. I'll look into new ones, but they most likely wouldn't be ready until after DevConf.in as we need to give the design team time.

We do not have banners in our swag store, there are several in India, AIUI, that you should be able to borrow.

Standard calculation would be to send swag for 150-200 people (15-20%) of hte conference. I am +1 to this.

@bex can you suggest me anything else that is in the fedora inventory which can be shipped? case badges? or something that sort?

@sumantrom we will ship a collection of stickers, pens, lanyards, that kind of stuff. Right now we don't have case badges in stock but @nb is supposed to be shipping them to us for use.
