I know several other groups have been working on something similar, but as far as I know none have gotten to completion. I had to write the below document so I am putting it here as a strawman for us to consider.
Consider answering these questions
Are these users who are developers? Students? General PC users?
What was there booth message? How busy were they? What were people doing (I.e. watching demos, asking questions, taking swag)? What was there booth size? Sponsorship level? How many people? What swag or materials? Did they have a demo?
What were they about? What was the audience like?
Which talks and by who? Did the speaker explain why they chose that distribution?
What was our booth message? How busy were we? What were people doing (I.e. watching demos, asking questions, taking swag)? What was the booth size? Sponsorship level? How many people? What swag or materials? Did we have a demo?
If Fedora were to attend next year ...
What would you suggest Fedora speak about? What would our booth message be? How would you align the conference with the mission statement?
