Just to make sure I'm understanding... is this request for $300 USD? Typically we only spend $100 to $150 on release parties. I just wanted to make sure I understand before voting.

Hi @jsmith , i have corrected the costs:

A. 150.00 - Snacks and juices, for 50-60 persons.
B. 125.00 - DataShow rental (75.00) and project screen, transport, installation, disassembly (50.00)

The place is located in the center of the banking and business area of city, we have confirmed the visit of businessman and professionals. Students and special guests.
