#203 Add details about meeting to documentation

https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/mindshare-committee/ mentions only that there are meetings but it does not contain any info about:

  • when does the meeting happen
  • where does the meeting happen
  • what is going to be discussed (is there an agenda document, how is the agenda created)?
  • what was discussed (are there meeting minutes?)

It would be great to add this information. Thank you.
