I'd suggest aligning to the Fedora 34 election cycle for consistency, which would be 2021-06-04 according to the current schedule (this date may be delayed based on the Fedora 34 final release date).

We have discussed this in the Mindshare Committee today, and we have agreed to the following changes:
Effective immediately @duffy will join as the Design Team representative.
@x3mboy will finish this release cycle, and then retire
