I have been working on a set of guidelines[0] to help us make decisions related to events and COVID-19. I realized we don't have a ticket open for this project as it has been running through the Council repo [1] primarily, though Mindshare has reviewed it in previous meetings.
The Council reviewed the guidelines [2] earlier this week and had a couple changes which I have incorporated. Please take a moment to review the updated guidelines and leave any comments or feedback here.

The Mindshare Committee reviewed this yesterday in their weekly meeting. Notes: - this looks good! - once its all set we would like to 1. protect the wiki page 2. put it up on the Mindshare docs under "Attending and Holding Events"
