Thank you! :-)

HI @ffmancera, I am also +1 but I would like to ask if you would consider including the meetup part as a Fedora Hatch [0]? The deadline for submissions was last week and you've just squeezed in! You wouldn't have to do much on your end to make it a Hatch, besides including that in the meetup name and any promotion you do for the event. You would receive the swag kit we are putting together for the Hatch events. And last but not least if desired you could use the branding we are working on for promotions- a mascot and logo [1]. WDYT?

That is totally fine! About the swag, would it be possible to get also something for the event welcome kit? I think some stickers should be fine, people appreciate this stuff and the organization of the esLibre conference is being very helpful..

Thank you!

Hi @ffmancera yes we can add stickers to the event kit separately from the swag kit for the Hatch meetup :)

There are two steps to take from here:
1. Open a ticket on the flock repo for this Hatch event (you can pretty much copy and paste what you have here!)
2. Open a ticket on the budget repo with swag shipment template under "types"- this is where we gather the details for shipment. Make sure to note how many event welcome kits are being produced so we can ship something out for that right away.
