This event has the support of the GELOS (USP Free and Open Source Extention Group) and CCOS-USP (https://ccos.icmc.usp.br/), who will help with logistics and location. I'm opening this ticket with some advance as shipment to Brazil can take a while.
[1] In April, we hosted an Install Fest that had a public of approximately 70 people. For this event, we expect a larger public as more Universities around São Carlos are back after COVID.
LGTM +1 to me and please write your blog/picture after event and please post it. I wish you to best of luck.
LGTM +1
+1 For this. Already shopping it around to locals I know.

@mairacanal this has been approved :) Please open a swag-shipment request [0] on the budget repo and I can work on getting swag out to you. Save all of your receipts related to the event, and once the event is complete, open a ticket on the budget repo using the default template [1] so we can work on reimbursement.
We also wanted to point out that there are some assets available to you on the CommOps documentation, specifically the "How to Join Fedora" resources [2]. The Cheat Cubes[3] are also a fav for these types of events :)
Lastly, please take pictures at the event and write up a blog post after(doesn't have to be an essay ;) ). You can put it up on your personal blog, or you are very welcome to use the Fedora Community Blog [4]. We have an event report template to help you generate the post, which I have attached to this comment. If you decide to use the template, feel free to post a copy of that here on the ticket.
Thank you for your effort, and I hope the event goes amazing :tada:

The event is tomorrow and everything is already set! The divulgation was being held on Instagram and GELOS website, so I updated the wiki just now.
@mairacanal All the best for the release party today, looks like it is happening now! Hope to hear more about how it went soon.

I sent a Review and Publish request on Fedora Discussion with the blog post to the Fedora Community Blog today. If anyone can review it, I would be glad!
Thanks for keeping us informed @mairacanal. Someone should be able to get it reviewed early next week.
After a very long time and a lot of learning later, this reimbursement is processed and completed. I am closing this ticket as Complete.
